• Turnaround Times
  Real Estate Marketing Photos will have a 24-hour turnaround from the appointment time excluding weekends and public holidays unless agreed otherwise.
  
  Portraiture and other Photography services turnaround times will be determined on a job to job basis and confirmed prior to the session with the photographer directly.


• Cancellations
  Cancellations are to be made within 24 hours or a $100 cancellation fee will occur
  
  In the event of unexpected poor weather, a cancellation can be made 1 hour prior to the appointment without attracting a cancellation fee.
  
  The photographer will provide advice regarding the suitability of weather conditions prior to shoot commencement, however it is the responsibility of the client to determine if the weather conditions are suitable for a shoot to go ahead.


• The License of Images to Client
  The Photographer owns all right, title and interest to the Images.
  
  Money paid to the Photographer includes a fee for the grant of a licence. Unless stated otherwise, the licence is unrestricted so that the Client may use the images in publication but also digital and web based collateral/advertising. The licence arises only after the Client has paid the Photographer the money due under the terms and conditions of the Pop Box Media site.
  
  The licence is personal, irrevocable, non-transferable and non-sub-licensable. So far as any goodwill is generated by the Client's use of the Images it shall accrue to the benefit of the Photographer.
  
  The Photographer reserves the right to make reproductions of Images created during assignments for marketing and promotional purposes.


• Portrait Retouching
  Our fees include standard retouching:
  Whitening of teeth and eyes
  Smoothing of skin
  Spot removal
  Brightness
  Contrast
  
  Additional retouching requests such as:
  Changing the background
  Removing wrinkles in clothing
  Additional skin smoothing
  Extensive reconstruction
  
  Must be submitted in writing prior to the image being sent. Additional fees may apply depending on the scope of work requested.
  
  It is the clients responsibility to submit a suitable brief prior to the commencement of work to ensure the photographer has the correct equipment needed to produce the desired result.


• Property Retouching

• Safe Workplace
  The photographer has a right to refuse commencing any work if the workplace is deemed unsafe and has unsuitable working conditions.
