- Submitted work will be returned within 24 hours excluding weekends and public holidays unless agreed otherwise. All correspondence both verbal and written is to be conducted between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Any work required sooner than the above stated 24 hour turnaround will be charged a rushed order fee of $75.00 and must be approved by A Dash of Lime Design prior to commencement.
- It is the Clients responsibility to ensure all requirements are outlined prior to project commencement. All alterations are carried out at the direction of the client and must be made in writing. A Dash of Lime Design takes no legal responsibility for any alterations requested by clients or any issues that may arise from such requests.
- Standard image processing includes, blending multiple exposures, white balancing, exposure correction, colour correction, image density adjustment, perspective correction, colour cast removal, replacing blue, dusk sky, sharpening, image resizing. Image processing also includes when required, TV and computer screen replacements, replacement of skies, removal or reduction of reflections, removal of carpet indents, removal of cords and removal of pool cleaner.
- Standard processing also includes the following upon request; fires inserted into fireplaces, grass colour correction, interior lights, pool colour correction, sea water colour correction, removal of small objects.
- All other retouch and reconstruction requests will be charged on an hourly rate, which will be advised before commencement of the work. Two free client amendments are included per image all other requests are charged at an hourly rate invoiced directly from A Dash of Lime Design.
- Alterations to project requirements after project commencement must be agreed and confirmed by both parties. Any change requiring additional cost to the Client or resulting in a delay to the schedule will require approval by A Dash of Lime Design and the Client in order to be included within the project and may incur additional charges.
- A Dash of Lime Design invoices are sent via email on the completion of the project and balance will be due within 14 days. Payments are to be paid in cash or via direct debit. Payments via Paypal or cheque will not be accepted. Payment plans are available but must be notified in writing prior to project commencement.
- All retouched images will be available for 6 months and then removed from our server. It is the responsibility of the client to download and store their content within these 6 months.
- All retouched images remain property of A Dash of Lime Design and we reserve the right to publish the work into the agency portfolio both online and in print unless agreed to prior to work commencement.
