Endframe – Terms and Conditions
  • Business Hours
    endframe operate 7 days a week. Weekend bookings are only locked in once a written confirmation from endframe has been received by the client. Public holidays are available to be booked but loading fees will apply. Price on application. Booking hours for shooting are from 9 until 4pm only. After hours bookings are available by email or phone request only.

  • Editing
    Once an edited video product has been provided to the client via Frame.io, you will be permitted one set of edit requests. These edits are to be submitted via Frame.io only. This may be multiple items within the video but they must all be submitted at one time. The video will then be re edited and resubmitted to the client. Any further editing requested will incur additional editing fees at our hourly rate of $120/hour. Minimum 1 hour fee applied to all additional editing.

  • Cancellations
    Cancellations up to 48 hours prior to your shoot will not incur a cancellation fee. Reschedules due to weather or unforeseen circumstances are permitted up to 2 hours prior to your shoot. Cancellation within 48 hours or reschedule within 2 hours will incur a $200 cancellation fee.

  • Archiving
    Your video will be uploaded to Frame.io for your review and download. It will be kept on the Frame.io site for 3 months. It is the clients responsibility to download and store the files.

  • Streaming
    Video content will be delivered for review via Frame.io. This is not a streaming solution. The client will be responsible for downloading the video from Frame.io and posting your own video content to your desired platform.   • Delivery time
    Unless otherwise stated, Property videos will be delivered within 24-36 hours of your shoot. The only exception being content shot on a Friday which will be delivered the following Monday. Delivery time for corporate production, agent profiles or other projects will differ and will be discussed upon booking.
